At the Crestone College of Structural Integration, we teach the Ten-Series as the foundation of our Structural Integration practice.
The Ten-Series is a sequence of ten ideas that focus on organizing the human form around a central vertical axis we call “The Line.” As practitioners, The Line becomes the guiding principle for bringing the body in balance with gravity. This may sound simple, but understanding the nuance of the Ten-Series takes time, and opportunities for probing its depths are rare in our sped-up digital age.
This being the case, it is our pleasure to present you with an opportunity to refine your practice of the Ten-Series in a concentrated setting with an experienced instructor. David Davis has spent over 38 years devoted to understanding Structural Integration, by plumbing the depths of the Ten-Series with his clients, colleagues and students. David’s commitment to the Ten-Series has led him to insights into the practice of Structural Integration that he delights in sharing. Structural Integration Practitioners frequently comment on his enthusiasm, skillfulness as a teacher, and his depth of knowledge.
Advanced Concepts in Structural Integration workshops focus on sessions 1,2,3 or 8,9,10 of the Ten-Series, or a review of the entire Ten-Series. In each class, David engages participants to open up and look deeper into familiar topics such as: structure, balance, grace, energy and the human potential. The specifics of the sessions will be reviewed and discussed, and participants will give and receive three sessions that relate to the ideas presented from the Ten-Series.
